All-Koms Ltd was founded in October 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Established from home, the business was born out of necessity, experience, and a clear gap in the market.

At the time, there was a noticeable lack of reliable fibre optic contractors who treated safety and delivery with equal importance. Too often, programmes were pushed at the expense of people, quality, or compliance. All-Koms was created to change that.

From day one, the founders set out to improve how fibre optic networks are built, placing health and safety, quality workmanship, and dependable delivery at the centre of every project.
